Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities
Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and insurers
Prepare and present risk assessments and quotations to clients
Support business development and cross-selling initiatives
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
Mentor junior team members (for senior roles) and contribute to team best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial insurance broking or account handling
Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality service
Professional qualifications (Cert CII) desirable but not essential
