​Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and insurers

  • Prepare and present risk assessments and quotations to clients

  • Support business development and cross-selling initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards

  • Mentor junior team members (for senior roles) and contribute to team best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance broking or account handling

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality service

  • Professional qualifications (Cert CII) desirable but not essential
